These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sloancanyonpost.com and purchases from Sloan Canyon Trading Post ("Sloan Canyon," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to any policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy, Shipping, and Returns & Refunds policies.

Store Use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Products and Availability

We curate products from multiple brands, suppliers, distributors, and fulfillment partners. Product availability, specifications, packaging, images, colors, prices, and descriptions may change. We make reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but minor differences may occur and manufacturer or supplier specifications control where applicable.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, refuse or cancel orders, or correct pricing or listing errors when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund for the cancelled item or order.

Orders and Payment

An order confirmation means we received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or fulfilled. Payment must be authorized through the methods available at checkout. We may take reasonable steps to verify an order, address, payment, or suspected fraud before fulfillment.

Vehicle Fitment and Installation

Vehicle parts and accessories may depend on exact year, make, model, trim, engine, drivetrain, factory options, existing modifications, and intended use. You are responsible for confirming compatibility before installation. When uncertain, contact us before ordering and consult a qualified installer or manufacturer documentation.

Installation, modification, off-road use, towing, suspension changes, lighting changes, emissions-related products, and other vehicle modifications can affect safety, handling, warranty coverage, emissions compliance, inspections, or legality. Customers are responsible for determining whether a product and its installation are appropriate and lawful for their vehicle and location. Products identified as off-road, competition, or closed-course use only must be used consistently with applicable law.

Outdoor and Recovery Products

Camping, recovery, towing, lifting, electrical, and outdoor products must be used according to manufacturer instructions, load ratings, warnings, and safe operating practices. Do not exceed published ratings or use equipment for an unintended purpose.

Third-Party Fulfillment

Some products are manufactured, printed, roasted, stocked, packed, or shipped by third-party suppliers. We may share order information with those partners as needed to fulfill your purchase. Separate packages and different processing times may apply.

Returns, Refunds, and Shipping

Returns, refunds, cancellations, delivery, and damage claims are governed by our Returns & Refunds and Shipping policies.
