100% Freeze Dried Meal
“Primavera” is Italian for “Spring,” which fits the fresh, colorful profile of this Chicken Pasta Primavera Freeze Dried Meal. It combines vegetables with large pieces of USDA white chicken breast in a parmesan oregano-based sauce, served over lightly sautéed bow-tie pasta. FOUNDATION Outdoors describes it as a company-wide favorite.
FOUNDATION Outdoors states that its freeze-dried meals use superior ingredients that are hand-cooked together in small-batch kettles. According to FOUNDATION Outdoors, simmering the ingredients together at low heat helps the flavors integrate before the ingredients are freeze dried together, which also helps the meals rehydrate quickly and evenly with a uniform texture and flavor profile.
