Capacity clarification

Our supplier lists this JP40 Pro as 40 L. ICECO’s current retail JP40ProD listing states 40 qt / 37 L. The exact capacity for supplier SKUs MC-JP40ProDW-Silver and MC-JP40ProDW-Gold has not yet been confirmed against that retail specification. Contact us before ordering if exact storage capacity is important to your setup. The “35 Liter ~ 45 Liter” option is a supplier size category, not an adjustable capacity.

Warranty & support

ICECO publishes a 5-year warranty on the SECOP compressor and a 1-year warranty on other parts. Warranty claims are assessed by ICECO under its applicable terms.

Keep your order confirmation and receipt. For help with a claim, contact Sloan Canyon Trading Post with your order number, product model, serial number and a description or photos of the issue. Please contact us before sending a unit back.

On ICECO’s website, open Support → Warranty Registration. The form asks for the purchase source, order ID, model, serial number, purchase date and a receipt image. For a purchase through our store, choose “Others” as the purchase source. Registration does not itself confirm approval of a claim.
